2.5" Salty Ripper Paddle Tail Pearl White Flash Swimbait

NEW COLOR ALERT! By request, we've added a pearl white to the 2.5" Salty Ripper lineup. You can never go wrong throwing white, as it mimics so many common baitfish that everything feeds on. Don't be surprised if you hook a striper or halibut with this one.

For the surf, we recommend carolina rigging these with a sliding egg sinker (1/2-1oz), a 8mm plastic bead, a rolling barrel swivel and about 3 feet of 8-10# fluorocarbon or mono leader with the following hooks:

- 805 Custom Baits Riptide #2
- Roboworm Aberdeen Rebarb #2
- Owner Ebi Baitholder #2

Just about any #2 bait-holder hook will also work, but the above mentioned are very sharp and preferred if available.

Thread hook through about 2" of the bait so it comes out downward and centered, in the same direction the tail points.
